電力設(shè)備缺陷直接威脅電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行安全相貫通,文中通過對新疆750 kV變壓器故障的DGA數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析和故障診斷不斷發展,并結(jié)合變壓器解體檢查證實(shí)診斷結(jié)論,再從套管結(jié)構(gòu)分析探索和發(fā)現(xiàn)該設(shè)備的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)缺陷自動化方案,確定誘發(fā)故障的真實(shí)原因并提出有效的消缺措施建議集成。
Electric equipment defects directly threaten the running safety of power grid, and DGA data in this paper are analyzed and diagnosed to the faults happened in Xinjiang 750 kV transformer. Associated with the factory check the conclusion is validated, and the bushing design defect is explored and found from the structure analysis of this bushing to decide the real reason induced the fault in transformer, while the efficacious suggestion to de-defect way is proposed.
